New companies

Formation sequence
Name, activity and shareholder approval; provisional approval and lease; third-party NOC where required; registration and licensing; establishment card; e-channel for the Northern Emirates and Abu Dhabi; post-licensing steps.
Company visas
Partner, investor and employee visas, filed from inside or outside the country.
Bank accounts
Digital or conventional corporate accounts, and personal accounts (digital, salary, savings and priority). The file covers application, compliance approval, opening, cards, cheque books and online banking, and later KYC updates, changes of signatory and closures.
Compliance
Corporate tax registration within three months of establishment. VAT registration where the threshold is met. GoAML where applicable. Accounting, bookkeeping, PRO and administration contracts, portal set-up and certificates.
Existing companies
Licence, lease, establishment card and insurance renewals. Amendments to name, address, manager, shareholding, capital, directors, activities, licence and financial year. Certificates of good standing, registry extracts, powers of attorney, authority NOCs, liquidation. Employee, partner and dependent visas; health insurance; driving-licence conversion.
Financial filings
Accounting and bookkeeping, audit reports, VAT and corporate-tax filing, GoAML submissions, and de-registration from VAT or corporate tax where required.
Further visas and related work
Visit visas, property-investor visas, Golden Visa routes (property of AED 2 million; managerial salary of AED 30,000 with two years’ service; or a two-year fixed deposit of AED 2 million), retirement visa on a deposit of AED 1 million, freelance permit and visa, second citizenship, and will registration at DIFC, Dubai Courts or ADJD.
